A support group for moms who are going through life’s toughest challenges—because we all deserve a space to be heard, understood, and uplifted. Whether you need advice, a listening ear, or just a reminder that you're doing an incredible job, this group is for you.
Who Should Come? Anyone who is facing a stressful moment and is concerned it could negatively impact them or their child. If you feel you need guidance and stress management to preserve your parent-child attachment, then this group is right for you!
HIGHLIGHTS
Group Topics: parenting practices, parent-child attachment insights, communication, boundary setting, perspectives on managing stressful situation, maintaining consistency with parenting techniques.
Stress Management: mindfulness practices, art therapy, journaling exercises aimed at lowering stress.
Supportive Environment: Gain confidence as you share your knowledge with others. Learn from others to maintain best parenting practices during a stressful time.
DETAILS
This is an ongoing group that meets every week with a monthly fee of $240.00.
You do not need to be in Silver Lake for this therapeutic group. Any California resident is welcome to join as it is held online.
Meets Wednesdays 4:15-5:30pm
