During this difficult time of COVID-19 I am doing telehealth sessions and consultations. I am able to support those in the Silverlake community as well as those in other areas of Los Angeles. While, I am not currently an active responder, I have been trained by the Red Cross in their Emergency and Disaster Training. I want to help those who are experiencing high stress during this challenging world moment.
Most of us would agree that, while we have moments that make us happy, there are times where we can feel stressed, less present, and at times, unbalanced. I support people through the different stages of life and help them integrate mindfulness, understanding, and support into their relationship with themselves and the people they love. I recognize my clients’ strengths and empower them to identify what they need and the steps they can take to make positive changes.
“Once we understand how relationships, love, and life are impacting us, we can create balance by adjusting perspectives and reactions.”
We are not capable of always being happy. We have to learn how to manage our difficult and complex feeling states. Once we understand how relationships, love, and life are impacting us, we can create balance by adjusting perspectives and reactions. As a therapist I want to support people in their quest to be true to themselves and the people they love, while learning tools to help make coping with life’s demands easier.
